WHEREAS by By~law No.1213 of The Corporation of the city of Port
: coquitian cited as the "Connaught Avenue District Lot 255 Road Closure By-law,
1972, No. 1213", a certain portion of Road dedicated by Plan 2504 therein
. dgscribed located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of Bricish
. Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayer and (City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the

‘eutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying

om behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of Road dedicated
by Plan 2504 described in By-law No.1213 and the vesting of the title to

the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
