Libby came to the meeting to discuss the trees; on a parcel of city owned land on Angelo St PLAN s;Ifc trg down. After the delegatioa left the Parks & Recreation Director indicated that the cost to have this done III& ll I I !',,„",',* 55855. He would like to see them eut down. In my opinion these trees are dangerous and should be cut lllf I! ! would be 81,100. Recommendation J That a recommendatioa be taken to city council to remove these trees at a cost of $ 1,100. If/ IS in The Parks & Recreation Director iadicated the= the li I Shimizu Sawmill 's I I ISI I Shimizu Sawmill had re-located their proposal to the origiaal of 1986. On this site there was a 20 foot pathway that went around the site aad acted as a linkage for the PoCo Trail. Carried The above recommendation will be handled by the Parks & Recreation Director. ,~l Item No. 3 '» Community b~ins The Parks & Recreation Director discussed the aspect of community signs which are presently allowed to be at the corner. of Shaughnessy & Pitt River Road, as was well as on the Centennial Pool grounds. ,, ': IKCJ. It agreed that a three week limit would be instituted and that the size of the sign would be limited., The other aspect is that this site is for community signs and not businesses.
