A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation of certain real property set apart and in use for the Public Worship of God. Whereas the title to Lot 1, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan LMP 8815 registered in the name of Grace Christian Fellowship (2606 Kingsway Avenue); And Whereas it is desired to set out :.erein the extent of the exemption from taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid; And Therefore the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlarn, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Lot 1, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan LMP 8815 Grace Christian Fellowship Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1993, No. 2814". That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated thereon, known as "Lot 1, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan LMP 8815", is hereby declared to be exempt from taxation to the extent provided in Section 398(1)(h), of the Municipal Act. The assessor for the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam shall make the necessary entries in the assessment roll of the City to give effect to the terms of this Bylaw. "Lot G, District Lot 379, Plan 4491 Grace Gospel Church Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1026" is repealed and replaced by this Bylaw.
