New Fire Hall/Works Yard

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT concept approval be given to proposed Fire Hall/Works Yard to be development at
Broadway and Cameron as presented by Grant & Sinclair Architects to Municipal Council on
February 25th, 1993;

AND THAT working drawings be done in preparation for tendering the project.

Staff from the Fire, Engineering and Parks and Recreation Departments have been actively
working with Grant & Sinclair Architects over the past several months to develop the concept
plan for this project.
