lf any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase in this
bylaw is for any reason held to be invalid by a decision of any
court of competent jurisdiction, the decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of the bylaw.

This byiaw may be cited as the "G.V.A.D. Regional Strategic
Planning Extended Service Establishment Bylaw No. 750,
1993”.
