BYLAW NO. 2547

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Pore Coquitlam, British Columbia
Which are more particularly described as:

a, Parcel "A" (Explanatory Plan 15640) Lot 8, District Lot 4, Township
393 Plan 17820, and; .
Lot 8 Except: Parcel “4” (Explanatory Plan 15640), District Lot 4,
Township 39, Plan 17820; and
Lot 255, Distriet Lot 4, Group 1, Township 39, Plan 53908; and
Lot 118, District Lot 4, Township 39, Plan 36 386 ;

all in New Westminster District;
are hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to. RM«4 (Apartment)

and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No, 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect thig rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1390, No. 2547",

Read a firat time by the Municipal Council this lat day of October, 1990,
Read a second time by the Municipal Counedl this lat day of October, 1990.
Public Hearing held thia 22nd day of October, 1990.
