Nothing contained or implied herein shail

prejudice or affect the rights and powers of the

City in the exercise of its functions under any

public and private statutes, bylaws, orders and

regulations, at of which may be fully and
ively exercised i relation to the said lands
this Agreement had not bean executed and

delivered by the Oeveloper;

Wherever the singular or masculine is used

herein, the same shail! be construed as meaning the
plural, feminine or the body corporate or politic
where the contaxt of the parties soa quire and,

where the Develover consists of more than one

person, the term "Developer" shal! mean ail such

persons jointly and severalty;

This Agreement shai | to the benefit of
