THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2393

A Bylaw to amend the “Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243”.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 10 and Section 11 of the "Developmert Precedures Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2243” are repealed and the following substituted:

"10. Every application made to The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam requesting the amendment of a Zoning Bylaw of
the City or an existing Land Use Contract shall be
accompanied by:

(a) A non-refundable fee calculated at the rate of:

(1) $20.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the
first 500 meters (5,382.13 square feer) of site area
facluded in the said application: and

$7.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for the next
49,500 square meters (532,814 square feet) of site area
ineluded in the said application; and

$3.00 per 100 sq. meters (1,076.43 square feet) for all
additional site area included in the said application;

PROVIDED that the mindmum fee shall be $100.00; and
(b) A fse of $850.00 which shall be refundable if the Council decline

to advance the application to Public Hearing.

Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam requesting the amendment of an official community plan
of the City shall be accompanied by:

(a) A non-refundable fee of $300.00, and,

(b) A fee of 850.00 which shail be refundable if the Council
decline to advance the application to Public Hearing.”
