The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted property:

(a) Lot 2, Section 17, Block 6, North Range 1 Bast, Plan 70549

(b) Lots 1 and 2; and Lots 18 to 25, inclusive; Block 12, Section 17,
Block 6, North Range 1 East, Plan 2416.

(c) Portions of road and lane allowance ad‘jacent to the above described
properties intended to be cancelled.

all in New Westminster District

This property is located on the North and South sides of the 800 Block
Holland Avenue [ust Fast of Trenton Street) and has a total area of
approximately 1.237 ha (3.06 acres), Only tenders offering to purchase the
entire property will be considered.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Lobb Avenue Property" and addressed to:

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, February 18th, 1988. Any
tender received after this Cime will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the Closing time as a result of not being

adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

1. A certified cheque in the amount of 16% of the amount offered must

accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for
acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender . ,
being accepted by the Council the balance of the offered price mist be en
paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter —

as requested or the deposit will be forfeited,

2. The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.
