WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:
i. Those portions of:
(a) Lot 36, Block 8, Plan 1897;
(b) Lots 5, 6, 35, and 36, Block 7, Plan 1897;
(c) Those, portions of Parcels "A" and "B", Reference Plan 70059,

included within Lot 1 of a subdivision plan prepared by Walter E.
Frith, 8.C.L.S., under Job No. C3661-85A and dated June 24th, 1985

all in District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District; be sold
to the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Vancouver at or for the price cr
sum of $40,000.00;

The adjustment date be March Ist, 1986, or as convenlent;

The possession date be March Ist, 1986, or as convenient;

The subdivision plan of Lots 1 to 6, Cinclusive) and Lots 35 to 40
Cinclusive), Block 7; and Lots 36 to 40 (Inclusive), Block 8, Plan
1897; and of Lot 90, Plan 51432; and of Parcels "A" and "B", Reference
Plan 70059; al! of District Lot 464, Group One New Westminster
District prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. unde- ‘ob No. C3661-85/
and dated June 24th, 1985 wherein Lot ! and Lot 2 are created be and
the same is hereby approved;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the decuments necessary
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix tte Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.
