THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW_NO. 1994

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion of fane shown
dedicated on Plan 196357 of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6,
Township 40, New westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitiam

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 57B of the "Municipal
Act", being Chapter 290. of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the
Municipal Council may by bylaw step up and close to traffic a highway or any

portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain. portions of highway
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; . :

NOW THEKREFURE the. Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: os : ;

All that portion .of jane shown dedicated on Plan 19637 of the ‘North East Quarter,
Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District, having an area of 161.7: square
metres shown within the black outline on an explanatory plan certified by W.E.
Frith, british Columbia Land Surveyor dated the 6th day of September 1983,.a copy
of which is attached hereto, is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic. =
