DRAFT RESOLUTION '

WHEREAS Sidehill Construction Limited, 11923 ~ 194th B Street, Pitt
Meadows, B.C., has deposited with the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam the sum of $8,000.00, being a $2,000.00 deposit on
each of the undernoted lots:

Lot 6, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 7, Block 3, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 8, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 9, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099

All in New Westminster District

AND WHEREAS the established price of each of the said lots is
$20,000.00;

AND WHEREAS tt is deemed desirable to sell the said lots to the said
Sidehill Construction Limited at the established price;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

Lot 6, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 7, Block G, Digtrict Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 8, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099
Lot 9, Block G, District Lot 255, Group 1, Plan 2099

All in New Westminster District

Be sold to Sidehill Construction Limited, 11923 ~ 194th B Street,
Pitt Meadows, B.C. at or for the sum of $20,000.00 each in accord
with the terms of the prospectus dated the llth day of April, 1979
and filed with the Superintendent of Insurance of the Province of
British Columbia, SUBJECT:

to payment of the full purchase price of the lots within thirty
days of the date of passage of this resolution, and,

to Building plans for:the lots being subject to design approval
by the City's Senior Building Inspector to insure. that a variety of
housing styles are constructed on the property included in the scheme;

AND THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary conveyance or other necessary documents on behalf of the
City and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
