PARTIAL RELEASE OF LAND USE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that The Corporation
of The City of Port Coquitlam, of 2272 McAllister Avenue, in
the City of Port Coquitlam, in the Province of British Colum-
bia, has registered a Land Use Contract on the 26th day of
July, A.D. 1977 in the Land Registry Office, in the City of
New Westminster, in the Province of British Columbia, under
humber N 76383, which Land Use Contract has been Partially
Satisfied and the following described portion of the lands and
premises subject thereto are therefore released and discharged
tehrefrom; and the use of said lands and premises hereinafter
described shall thereupon by subject to the Zoning By-law of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam from time to time
in effect and as applicable to the zone in which the said lands

and premises are situate;

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain Parcel or tract of land and pre-
mises situate in the City of Port Coguitlam, in the Province

of British Columbia, and having the following legal description:
