Re:__ Proposed Subdivision of Lot 194, Plan 42141. - File S#48~73

Attached hereto please find a sketch outlining the above
mentioned proposed subdivision. Proposed. lots 256, 262, 265 and 273
do not meet the frontage requirements of the City's Subdivision of
Land By-law. These lots do, however, comply with the requirementa est-
ablished by Council resolution June Sth, 1972. I would therefore request
that you place this proposed subdivision for Council's consideration
to granting a frontage exemption from the Subdivision of Land By-law
as permitted under Section 712 (2) of the Municipal Act and in accord-

ance with Council resolution of June 5th, 1972.
