Section 502 is further amended by adding the following thereto as subsection (9): "(9) A_GROUP DAY CARE USE OR PRE SCHOOL USE shall be permitted only in apartment facilities designed or adapted for such uses and intended to serve residents of the subject building or persons residing in immediately adjacent RM ZONES or apartment facilities." 7. Section 601 of the By-law is amended by adding to the,table of Permitted Uses of Land, Buildings, and Structures in the Commercial Zone as shown therein the Uses of "Family Day Care", "Group Day Care", "Out of School Day Care", "Pre School" and "Child Minding" to be permitted in the C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial), C-3 (Flint Avenue Commercial), C-4 (Town Sub-Centre Commercial), and CS-1 (Service Commercial) ZONES only. 8. Section 602 of the By-law is amended by adding the following as subsection (9): “(9) CHILD MINDING, FAMILY DAY CARE, GROUP DAY CARE, OUT OF SCHOOL DAY CARE AND PRE SCHOOL USES shall only be permitted: (a} on the first storey except that a GROUP DAY CARE USE or PRE SCHCOL USE that is designed or adapted for such uses and intended to serve residents of the subject building er persons residing in immediately adjacent RM or apartment facilities may be located on any storey thereof. notwithstanding clause (a) of this subsection where no apartment residential use exists on the parcel A CHILD MINDING USE may be established on any storey thereof," 9. Section 801 of the By-law is amended by adding to the table of Permitted Uses of Land, Buildings, and Structures in the Institutional Zones as shown therein the Uses of “Group Day Care”, "Out of School Day Care" and "Pre School" in the P-1 (Civic Institutional) and P-2 (Special Institutional) ZONES only." 10.
