a run of "Ceramics Monthly" received in the Fall from the Crafts Association

of B.C. Our thanks for se, Borrowing activity this past year and a half

Thanks to Gillian McMillan for designing a book plate that will be used to
acknowledge gift booka, and to Doris Puddicoambe for general assistance,

The library committee needs to be expanded. The work is now onerous, but with
more hands we could improve service, and as our collection grows, several
heads would be better than one in giving thought to future policy.

MEMBERSHIP

The creation of the Gallery has attracted a record number (60) of new menbers
but many more chose not to renew. It was only through a concerted effort
whereby delinquent members were first reminded, then telephoned, and finally
over 40 letters vere sent, that the individual memberships were increased by
28 this past year; groups decreased by 2.
