It’s out!

The first ‘“‘Session Musicians
Directory of B:C,’? created by
musician Michelle Carlisle and
composer/songwriter David
Mialecot, is now available.

The duo teamed up in Van-
couver in carly 1993 with the
goal of developing an easy-to -
use guide. of session musicians.
They recognized the need to

““€rcate “exposure” for the many ~

talented musicians within the pro-

vince, and so researched “and
documented B.C’s best dis-
covered and undiscovered studio
talent.

All musicians were listed at no
charge. They have proven they
are completely qualified to enter
a studio and provide exactly what
the producer requires, whether it
be feature film material, commer-
cial video, jingles, eic.

producers and has supported the
main goal behind the project - ty

guide to musicians as well as pro-
ducers, providing a link within
ihe industry complete with. ad-
dresses and phone numbers.
