All: items _for sale will have been made at the workshop and include ‘Christmas «wreaths and swags, Christmas corsages . and centrepieces, pillows, hand-looms and macrame items.. Needless to say, _ everyone at the workshop. has been very busy the last few months getting everything ready. We are also holding a ‘raffle to help offset the ‘reduced funding we are receiving. The second prize is a rocking cradle (made at the workshop) complete with doll. For third prize we -selected a cushion made by ‘Barb Long as an example of the quality of our work. The draw for the lucky winners will be held on- December 20, just in time t for Christmas. The tickets are for sale at the workshop and at Terrace Interiors as ‘well as from our workers and Association members. The workshop is proud to have delivered _ 120 ‘Christmas corsages and boutenieres to Branch i3 of ‘the Royal Canadian Legion for their annual Senior Citizens dinner. These were rovided at a reduced price in order. to promote future sales of our corsages for ‘similar functions and events. We received our first cake in honour of Felix Goyette’s birthday (our only one in November) and it was ' delicious.
