That Council approve an extension of Rezoning Application 46/93 and
Development Permit Application 47/93 for a period of one year, commencing
October 18, 1994, subject to payment of a non-refundable processing fee of
$3,950.00 as per the provisions of the "Development Procedures, Bylaw, 1987

No. 2243".

BACKGROUND:

The subject Rezoning and Development Permit Application is for the
construction of a 48-unit apartment building in the Fraser/Flint Apartment
Area. City Council gave Third Reading to Amendment Bylaw No. 2835 on October

18, 1993.

‘The applicant has submitted the attached letter requesting an extension of
his application until October 18, 1995 due to current unfavourable market

conditions.

It is recommended that Council approve the extension of the application
for a period of one year from October 18, 1994 subject to the payment of an

additional $3,950.00 processing fee.
