PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposal is for a 3-storey and mezzanine apartment building that has a floor area ratio of 1.4 and lot coverage of 51%. The third floor units have individual internal access to an upper loft level that is contained within the building's roof structure. Setbacks have been provided as follows: 22.5 ft. front yard, 24.5 ft. rear yard, 10 ft. interior side yard, and 15 ft. exterior side yard. The height of the building is proposed to be 12.76 meters. Parking for 82 cars is provided in an underground parking structure that obtains access from Suffolk Avenue. FR DEP, BUILDING DEPARTMENT: A Building Code analysis should be done by a registered architect to ensure the Building Code requirements do not significantly change the Development Permit plans. Storm sewer to be extended as necessary to allow for road drainage and site service. Cambridge St. to be constructed 1/2 road plus lm from Suffolk to the north limit of the site (future width 10.5 m). Barrier type curb and gutter complete with catchbasins is required.
