That the Municipal Council approve the sale of 0.1084 hectares of Parcel "A", Section 17,
Block 6 North, Range 1 East, District Reference Plan 80029 (more commonly known as 807
Holland Avenue) to the Province of British Columbia for the purpose of the required road right
of way for the four laning of the Mary Hill Bypass for the amount of $222,000.00.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are
they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lots 1 - 36, Block 3, Section 6, Plan 1850, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, BC
be sold to Ottawa Street Joint Venture for the sum of $1,415,000.00 upon the terms and
conditions stated in the tender call and the tender received;

The adjustment date be September 22, 1993, or earlier as stated in the tender call;

The possession date be September 22, 1993, or earlier as stated in the tender call;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose
aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
