Recommendation

That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the
attached CPR Waterline Crossing Agreement at Mile 112.80 Cascade Subdivision.

Background & Comments:

Attached is a letter dated February 25, 1991 from the CPR with an attached CPR
Watermain Crossing Agreement for execution by the City.

This waterline crossing is part of the Westwood Road/Waterline Improvement
Project which is to be constructed in 1991.
