THE CORPORATION GF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2487

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as followa:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as;

Lot 12 and Lot 13
District Lot 289

Group One

Pian 9069

New Westuinster District:

is hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment)
and the Zoning Ma, of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2487".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of February, 1990.

Read.a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of February, 1990.
