SUBJECT: Application to rezone part of 2420 Chilcott from
A-1 to RS-1 and RT-1.

DESCRIPTION: Lot A,D.L.380, Plan 4652.

BACKGROUND : This rezoning application is similar in nature to
the one forthe property on the north side of
Chilcott which Council approved not too long age.
The rezoning is to enable the property to be
subdivided into 6 Single family lots and one kT-1
lot. A 30-m strip along the Coquitlam River will
be preserved as Open space. The layout 6f the

this subdivision will ensure that the. adjacent Properties :

can be d@ eloped in the future.

RECOMMENDATION: The Commi ttee recommends that this applation
be advanced to Public Hearing.
