The recommendation from the Committee, should the
‘project go ahead, would be to require the access off the lane
providing that the lane is completely paved between Hawthorne
and Welcher. It should be noted that there are only two homes
west of the lane which would be adversely affected by having
additional traffic in this lane. Servicing requirements would
also include the reconstruction of Hawthorne Avenue between
Shaughnessy Street and the lane.
