Ciry Cerny THE CORPORATION OF THE CLTY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW BY-LAW ‘The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Porta UGS 27 1979 Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, September lOth, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". By-law No. 1701: to remove the Zone Designation of RS~1 now assigned to Lots 424 to 444, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process of a portion of District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District being: (a) The north half and south half of Lot 2, Block H, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 10715; and, A portion of the north half and a portion of the south half of Lot 3, Block H, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 10715; A portion of Lot 4, Block H, Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 10715; Lot 5, and a portion of Lot 7, Block H, Plan 16278; All that portion of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2423 having an area of 0.2323 ha. included within the green outline on a By-law Plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the Twenty-third day of July, 1979, a copy of which said Plan is attached to and made part of the "Grant Avenue Plan 2423 Road Exchange By-law, 1979 No. 1692", : prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S.," of V.c. Goudal & Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors, under Job Number C-2830-79-B and assigning the Zone Designation of: (a) RS-1A: to Lots 424 to 437, inclusive, thereof; and to Lots 439 to 443, inclusive, thereof; and, (b) RT-1: to Lot 438 thereof; and, (c) P-2: to Lot 444 thereof. This property is located in the area between Oxford Street and York Street just south of Crant Avenue and is being rezoned in order to permit the subdivision thereof and it is expected that nineteen single family residential lots, one duplex residential lot, and a lot to permit the relocation of the Hope Lutheran Church, will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures. A copy of the proposed By-law, the Plans of Robert If. Reese, B.C.L.S., referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, August 30th, 1979 to September 10th, 1979.
