The off site servicing costs were estimated at approx- imately 751,009.00. The council was not overly pleased with this application on the grounds that they would like to see a two storey building, also to include the lot at 2331 Marpole Avenue. In a meeting with the principles involved with the application to construct a building on Marpole avenue, it Was passed that we should try to abide by council's wishes and attempt to purchase the additional land, also to make application to construct a two Storey building with the under- Standing that the off site servicing would not appreciably change.
