Re: 2331 - 2337 - 2341 Marpole Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C,

After several applications to rezone the above properties,
we submitted a plan for an economical, one storey, 10,000 sq. ft.
building. The off site servicing costs were estimated at approx-
imately 751,009.00.

The council was not overly pleased with this application
on the grounds that they would like to see a two storey building,
also to include the lot at 2331 Marpole Avenue.

In a meeting with the principles involved with the
application to construct a building on Marpole avenue, it
Was passed that we should try to abide by council's wishes
and attempt to purchase the additional land, also to make
application to construct a two Storey building with the under-
Standing that the off site servicing would not appreciably
change.

Upon acquiring the additional property by way of a subject
sale, we find the off site servicing has increased to $63,148.00.
