NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The f

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the , :
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia mY
praying on behalf of the City for abandonment of the. said portion of

Davidson Street and Lane dedicated by Plan 2111 described in By-law No.

1437 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. Carried.
