The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on Monday, October
20tn, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to authorize
the issuance of a Land Use Contract.
By-law No. 1399: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use

Contract with Horner Developments Ltd., 1036 Cambie

Road, Richmond, B. C., in the form and to the extent

set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 15" which said Land

Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the By-law

and the said Land Use Contract No. 15 shall extend to

Lot 35, of Block 3 of District Lot 379, Group One, Plan

Ciry Cree The above-noted property is located at the South-east
corner of Shaughnessy Street and Whyte Avenue (2548 and
2550 Shaughnessy Street) and upon its issuance Land Use
Contract No. 15 will permit the land, buildings, and
structures located or to ‘be located thereat to be used
for Commercial purposes only including the housing of a
Public Library facility all as set out in Section 4 of
the said |and Use Contract No. 15. The construction of a
d-atorey building is permitted by Land Use Contract No. 15
and various provisions are contained in the said Lund Use
Contrace concerning the consolidation of the property, the
size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and
various other matters.

A copy of the proposed By-law may he inspected in the Office of the City
Clerk, Port Coquitlam City fall, ut the address given above, between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working days - from October 9th to October -20th,
1975.

Al} persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed

by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on

matters contained ‘in the by-law.
