Re: Purchase’ of Vehicles

. _ Attached hereto please find recaps of tenders received for
the purchase of various vehicles. (The low bidder for the three small |
pickup trucks is Rod McCallum with a quoted price of $7,713.30, all
taxes included. The low bidder for the hal£—ton pickup truck, the
2~-door small sedan and the 4-door sedan is Metro Motors at quoted
prices of $3,049.20, $2,783.55, and $4,251.45 respectively, all taxes
included. I would recommend that the supply of these vehicles bea
awarded to the low tender in each case at the tendered price.
