The writer has been advised by the Landlord and Tenant groups
of the results of their meetings to appoint representatives to the Landlord
and Tenant Advisory Bureau,

The tenants recommenc the following person:

Mr, Foreman is presently under contract to the Gompany of Young
Canadians to assist with organization of the tenants in the Mountainview

Apartments.

Mr. Foreman has been a resident of this area for seven years.

Mr. Dyck is the President of the newly formed Landlord Board
of District #43 which has as members, landlords from Port Moody, Port
Coquitlam and Coquitlam, ;

Mr, Dyck owns and operates three apartments in Coquitlam
and is presently planning to build a 32 unit condominium in Coquitlam.

Mr. Dyck has been active in the rental business for ten years
and active in the construction of apartments for twenty years,

Mr. Dyck is also a member of Senior Citizens Building Society
in Vancouver which currently is constructing a 170 unit Senior Citizens
Building.

Ratification of these two persons in requested by the three

Councils.
