Item IIt Re: Minimum parcel width in the RS-1 zone. Comments: The Approving Officer would tike some direction in dealing with applications for subdivisions on a uniform basis. Recommendation: As a result of the discussions by the members of the Committee at OY thie time the following is recommended to the Municipal Council for oe approval: 1) Wo change be made to Section 401 of the Subdivision of Land | By~law at thie time.” 2) The Approving Officer not recommend to the Municipal Council ' exemptions from the minimum parcel width requirements except as follows: mod (a) When the average frontage of the proposed tee parcels on any road is a subdivision is not less than 60'.
