Further to our teleohone conversation a few weeks ago, Ari Knapps will again be chipping and recycling trees at oun Port Coquitlam store/location. Through this event our chain also raised $5000 for the CKNW Orphan's Fund: © in a letter sent to Mayor Traboulay | mentiened that { would like to take the program a step further and designate Art Knapps 2 the Official Tree Chipping Depot for the City Of Port Coquitlam and hopefully for the Tri-Cities. [n terms of subsidization, It would be apreciated if the City could assist us with this costly program via financlal sponsorship or by providing a tree chipper for the duratipn of the evant. As far as what will bd happening during this event, | ea haven't finalized anything at this point The main factors being the costs involved and _t the labour. if you have any suggestions on voluntear support please lat ma know.
