THE CORPORATION OF YECITY OF PORT COOUITLAM

Whereas pursuant to Section 985 of the of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290, RSBC, 1979,
the Council established Statutory Reserve Funds;

And Whereas it is deemed desirable to expend a portion of the monies set aside in the Reserve
Funds;

Now Therefore, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Statutory Reserve Funds Expenditure
Bylaw, 1993, No. 2813".

The sums hereinafter specified are herelyy appropriated from the Tax Sale Reserve Fund to
be expended for the following purposes for the year 1993:

City Hall Renovations and Furniture 25,000.00
2591 Pitt River Road Property Purchase 900,000.00
The details of the fund allocation of this Bylaw have been more particularly specified by
resolution of Council.
Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures hereby authorized has
been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of August, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of August, 1993.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of August, 1993.
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at least two-thirds of all the

members of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day
of , 1993.
