RECOMMENDATION:

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the attached
Agreement .

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

This Parking agreement follows the same terms and conditions of the
parking agreement authorized by Council at its meeting of March 25th, 1991.

“However, the applicant now wishes to increase the number of stalls from
45 to 65 which increases the initial payment and the monthly fee, as weil as
allowing for revised terms of payment.
