BYLAW NO. 2399

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Couneil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly deseribed ag:

Proposed Lot 1 of a portion of Lot "Cc"
(as shown on plan attached hereto)

Lot 2 of Lot "A"

Block 3

District Lot 290

Group One

Plan 17515

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS~2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described ag:

Proposed Lot 2 of a portion of Lot "CG"
(as shown on plan attached hereto)

Lot 2 of Lot "4"

Block 3

District Lot 290

Group One

Plan 17515

New Westminster District

14s hereby rezoned from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
ential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2399",
