RECOMMENDATION:

That City Counci! direct the Clerks' Office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot 20, Block E, Plan 19637, and Parcel A, Explanatory
Plan 66769 all of the N.E. Quarter of Section 6, Townshio 40

from RS-1 to RS-2.

COMMENTS:

This application is to rezone the subject property to permit
its future subdivision. The appiication fits Official
Community Plan policies to encourage infill subdivision Is the
ar@ae Likewise, the application is following a practice by
previous applications in the vicinity.

Approval of the application is recommended.
