(6) Screening along Mary Hill Bypass and Kingsway (a) Section (4)(d), Rear Yard Regulations of the M-1 General industrial Regulations of the Zoning Bylaw No.2240 may be varied or supplemented by a development permit to require a 7 metre rear yard setback aiong Mary Hill Bypass and Kingsway Road where properties back onto these two roads.
