A regular meeting af the Municipal Council! of The Corporatien of the City of
Port Coquitlam was held in the "Campbell! Room", Best Western Poco Motor inn,
1545 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, December 21st, 1987, at
7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.J. Keryluk,
GR. Laking, and R. Talbot in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Director of Commun ity
Planning WeA. Brown, City Treasurer J.G. Maitland, City Engineer F.E. Peters
Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor, Deputy City Engineer/Operations
Manager T. Chong, and Fire Chief J, Boileau.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci | Meeting held on December 14th, 1987,
be taken as read and adopted.

DELEGATIONS:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. G. St. Germain, MP who spoke
regarding Dyking and the Flood Contro} Program and was available to answer
questions at that time.

That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam give their concurrence to the reappointment of Mr. Les Keen as
the citizen representative to the Crime Prevention Committee for 1988.
