NOV | 6 1987 WHEREAS an Officia! Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community °tan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Officia! Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this By!aw the Council has: ~*~ (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent? capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipa! Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic - Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industria! Deve lopment Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District cf Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regiona! District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as tol lows: 1. section 4.4.1 (1)(#) of Schedule "A" of the "Ofticia! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted: "(f) West of Coquitlam River along Lougheed Highway" 2 The designatiion of "Existing Residential" shown on Schedu!e "8" of the Official! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: These portions of Lot 190, Plan 56773; Lots 10,11,and 12, Plan 2506; and those portions of lanes and road (dedicated on °!an 2306) to be closed; all of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New westminster District, shown within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyor, under their tile number $87-5905~3, i is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" js apolied. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for al! Purposes as the "Officia!
