Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official! Community Plan has been prepared and after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industria! Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no'applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined tnat the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, Tne Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
