WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be i+ resolved that:

That portion of road in District Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster
District, shown as "Road Being Closed" on the plan attached to and
forming part of the "Saskatchewan Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1986,
2187" that is shown included within Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan
of Parts of District Lots 232 and 340, Group One, New Westminster
District prepared by Ded. Dyck, B.C.L.S., under File No. 86-754-5 and
dated June 9th, 1986 be sold to 305340 B.C. Ltd., or its nominee, if
terms Satisfactory to Counci! can be agreed upon and no preferabl
alternative proposal is received from any other person. “

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Notice of Intention to Seti Real Property" Notice appearing
in the Agenda documents of this Counci! meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
Council! reserves --he right to accept any bid or to reject all of the

bids if Counci! in its absolute discretion determines that rejection

is appropriate. Sole.
