claim damages from the Province or the City
of Port Coquitlam or hold the Province or
the City of Port Coquitlam responsible for

damages caused by flooding or erosion to the

land or to any building, improvement, or other

structure built, constructed or placed upon

the said lands and to any contents thereof,
2. The Owner will, forthwith after execution hereof by
the Owner and the City and at its own expense, do or cause to be
done all acts or things necessary to ensure that this document

is registered against the title to the Lands in the New Westminster

3. The Owner will pay all of.the costs and expenses of

make, do, execute or cause to be made, done or executed all such
