That City Council adopt a resolution varying the requirements of
Section 301 of the Subdivision Bylaw for minimum lot area, frontage and
depth to permit a small fot outside the Pitt River Dike. The properties
affected by this relaxation are Parcel "A" of DL 231, Gr i, Reference Plan
72267 NWLD and Lot.30 of DL 231 Grp. 1 and of the fractional Section 19,
Block 6 North Range 1 East, Plan 69963 NWLD.

1. That the Minor Hockey Association be given permission to hold the
Pee Wee and Bantam House Tournament. i

That the cost for the ice be at 50% of the usual rental.
That they be given full use of the other arena facilities.

That the City of Port Coquitlam run the concession for the
tournament.
