SUBJECT: Property Sale and Subdivision
- 3600 Block Coas+ Meridian Road,

RECOMMENDATION:

That Counci| give consideration to Passage of the following
resolution: ;

"That the subdivision plan of Lots 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and
35 except part of Lor 35 shown as Parce] WAN (Explanatory Pian
all of Block 8, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2351,
New Westminster District certified by Walter E. Frith, British
Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 6th day of September, 1983
and wherein Lots 253, 254, and 255, are created be approved;

That the portion of Lot 32 to be included within the new Lot
254 be sald to Ursula Bauman and/or Juergen Bauman of 3687
Coast Meridian Road at or for the price or sum of $8,800.00;

That the portion of Lot 33 inctuded in the new Lot 255 be
Purchased from Ursula Bauman and/or Juergen Bauman at or for
the price or sum of $444.00;

SUBJECT to the City becoming the owner of the new Lot 255;

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

The portion of Lot 32 now owned by the City and Proposed to be
transferred to the Baumans in accord with the resolution set
forth above was the Subject of a tender cal| closing at 12:00
noon Thursday, October 13th, 1983 and at that time the only
tender received was from the Baumans in the exact amount of the
upset price stated in the tender call.
