DRAFT RESOLUTION

‘That the Subdivision Plan of a portion of District Lot 379,
Group One, ‘New Westminster District, certified by Walter E.
Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated the 16th day of March, 1983 wherein
‘Lots 127, 128, and 129, are created and wherein certain portions
of City owned property are dedicated as "Road" be and the same

is hereby approved; -

THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign

the said Subdivision Plan on:behalf of the City and to affix
the Corporate. seal thereto; "|

“THAT. Following the reconsideration final passage and adoption

of the "Kingsway Parking Road Exchange Bylaw, 1983, No, 1957"

“that the said Subdivision Plan be -filed in the New Westminster 7

Land Title Office.
AND ‘THAT the Statutory Declaration sworn by W.E. Frith, B.Cc.L.S.,
dated March 9th, 1983 relating to a survey error affecting Lot 98,

District Lot 379, Group One, New Westminster District be similarly

: approved .
