of Motion.

Mayor Traboulay advised as no documented information had been
received on the Notice of Motion it would be deferred until the

November 22nd, 1982 Council meeting.

From Alderman A.K. Muldoon regarding availability of the

Council Agenda.

That any interested taxpayer in the City of Part Coquitlam be
allowed to pick up a complete copy of the upcoming Council] Meeting
Agenda on request on any Friday afternoon after 4:00 p.m.
