“A By-law to emend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

No. 1651"...
‘the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Section 4 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651"
ie amended by inserting, following sub-section (3) the following as sub-section
* (4): |
| . "(4) PERMITTED USES OF LANDS, BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES

The use’ of land, including the surface of water, of buildings
-and of structures, shall be in accordance with the permitted
uses specified in this By-law and in conformity with the regulations

for permitted uses specified in this By-law and any uses not

specifically permitted are prohibited."

2. . This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

“Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1774".
