Discussion then ensued regarding the area to be canvassed as mentioned in the above noted report and Alderman Laking stated in his opinion the area to be canvassed should be within a radius of 200 feet from the residence for a Day Care Use and within a radius of 400 feet for a Personal Care Home Use.
