Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to purchase of and from the Registered Owner ‘thereof ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which may be more particularly described as follows: All that portion of Lot 295, District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District as shown on registered Plan 50077 having an. area of 0.130 acres shown within the red outline on a by-law plan sworn by W. E., Frith, B.C. L. S., and dated ‘the 9th day of August, 1977, a eupy of which is attached hereto at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3. Those portions of road shown dedicated on registered plans 2294 and 35033, outlined in green on the said Plan of WE. Frith. B.c. L. S.,. are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of’ all kinds. 4, . The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, _ When so conveyed to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in District Lot 466, Group One, New Westminster District. 5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, ° receipts and other documents on behalf of the said’ City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and xo affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. 6.
